Hello, I have a problem whith the graphic EQ: SoundTech Q150.

The input level selector "-20dB/+4dB" is getting me higher signal selected at -20dB than at +4dB. It's normal?
The output level selector is working good, hgher level at +4dB than at -20dB.

Do you know what could be the problem?
